The New Smyrna Beach Engagement Session

When Emily and Christian told me they were romantics who wanted fun beach engagement photos at New Smyrna Beach I was super excited to meet them for their session. What I didn’t know was that together, we would bring that vision to life more than I could have ever dreamed. There’s absolutely nothing better than clients coming in with a vision, ideas, and even props that showcase their story. And these two were up for anything. This is when the magic happens, and these New Smyrna Beach engagement photos are magic!

How they met

Emily is from Washington state and moved all the way to Florida for grad school. She found herself a Florida native and they instantly connected. They love adventure and experiencing new things together. It was an unseasonably cold and windy day at the beach on the day of their session but they completely embraced it and even jumped in the water! We ended up with the most beautiful sunset and it was pure perfection for their New Smyrna Beach engagement photos.

The ring of her dreams

Before he proposed, Christian worked closely with Casa Leon Jewelers to design Emily’s custom engagement ring. It turned out so stunning and such a sentimental idea that he designed the ring himself.
