When I met Kelly, I felt like she was an old friend. That may be because I am actually old friends with her twin sister, Kim! I shot Kim’s family session this fall and was honored when Kelly asked me to photograph a family session at Forest Park for her as well! By the end of our session, I felt like I had known Kelly forever.

Vivi was such a sweet little girl with lots of smiles! We ended up getting to go to multiple spots of Forest Park and this family lucked out with the rich Fall colors! When you have this much Fall color, you make use of it with a throwing of leaves party complete with kids bop music! I love that I was able to get a handful of shots of Kelly and Neil too! Grabbing photos of the parents alone is such an important part of my sessions.

I had so much fun with the Rieken Family, and Vivi may have completely stolen my heart when she blew me kisses as I was leaving! Kelly and Neil – I hope you love these photos and treasure them for years to come!
